Around here, the Community Team loves fall. And for me, I’m most inspired as the weather grows cool and the season shifts.
The summer brought new energy with the addition of Rylie to the team. She’s put her heart and soul into this newsletter, so I ask that you give it some attention and give her a welcome shoutout in the comments.
Our team has been working hard and making some necessary changes to the Community that will hopefully make it easier to use and enable you to find the information that you need. We’ll keep you updated. In the meantime, if you have any recommendations or thoughts - shoot us an email at community.support@ringcentral.com. We’re here to listen!
Along with those changes to the Community, we’re focused on keeping the Ideas Portal up-to-date and providing transparency around the features that mean the most to you. Keep adding your brilliant ideas, use cases, and pain points. We read every single idea and we are committed to working with the Product Team to surface more of your valuable feedback.

Heading Back to the Office?
It’s been almost two years since most of us have been in the office. By the looks of our trending knowledge base articles, a lot of you have started to head back. Are you going back to your office - and your desk phone? Check out these resources to refresh your phone provisioning skills.
Now is an excellent time to check that the registered locations of all direct lines (both desk phones and softphones) are accurate and up-to-date. The registered location must be accurate for emergency responders to reach your users if a user dials 911. For more information on how to update an E911 address, visit the Community!

What if RingCentral University were available to all users and courses were easier to find? We’re excited to announce two major changes to the RingCentral University Experience.
- We’ve updated the RingCentral University user experience by redesigning the user interface, cleaning up outdated or unnecessary courses, and organizing content to make it easy to find the courses that best fit your product, role, or skill needs.
- We’ve made RingCentral University available to all users in your company’s RingCentral account. Previously, only the Admin on your RingCentral account had access.
