I received the message "a problem was detected" when I tried to login. What happened?

If you received this message it is probably the result of a browser extension you have installed that is blocking the site from downloading or accessing critical files. The following browser extensions are known to cause this issue. Please disable all of the following and try again. - [uBlock Origin][1] [1]:
