Issues currently impacting Developer Sandbox environment (updated 9/12/22)

Update: The RingCentral Developer Sandbox should now be fully operational.

Original post

We are currently experiencing problems with our Developer Sandbox environment. This includes services at the following URLs:

Developers are having trouble logging in, which has many different side effects. For example, when trying to place calls using the softphone, the platform reports "unknown device ID" because the softphone is unable to login and connect to the network.

RingCentral engineers and operations staff are working on the issue. Stay tuned to this post for updates.

Hi Byrne,

This doesn't seem to be true. I am trying to access https://service.devtest.ringcentral.com to create a sandbox account and any web browser I try results in just a JSON payload:

{
  "errorCode" : "CMN-201",
  "message" : "Service Temporary Unavailable",
  "errors" : [ {
    "errorCode" : "CMN-201",
    "message" : "Service Temporary Unavailable"
  } ]
}
