I wanted to let you know that there is going to be some scheduled maintenance on the RingCentral app this weekend.
What this means for you:
In order to improve functionality and perform some bug fixes, you will be logged out of your mobile and desktop app between August 24th and 25th. You will need to log back into the app in order to receive call and message notifications. You should not experience any down time during this maintenance.
What to expect:
Once you log back in, the RC app will take a few moments to reload your call history and message data. No data will be lost and the time it takes to reload will depend on your network speeds.
