Network testing will be performed to our data centers on Friday, July 3, 2020 from 10PM to 2AM PT. This activity will simulate an outage to monitor the resiliency and effectiveness of our failover process, measure recovery time, and identify new issues. Minimal impact is expected during the maintenance window.
Minimal impact is expected on Service Web, RC Apps, RC Video, and APIs & Integrations during the testing window.
Email communication was sent on June 24, 2020 to admins of accounts that may be affected.
