User Phones Serial No shows computer hostname

We recently became a new RingCentral customer with 169 phones deployed across the company. In the RingCentral admin portal, under phones and devices > User Phones, there are are two entries that show the user's computer hostname as a Softphone. Why is this?

It means that those user's assigned phones are not desk phones but the app only.
