Using RingCentral and Microsoft teams at the same time

Hi,

We work remotely and use Teams all day on video to conference with each other. We are just signing up for RingCentral and aren't sure if we can also use the desktop app as phones, while we are using teams, or not? It seems to us, we will have to get actual phones and use them, since our microphones and speakers will already be in use. As we often collaborate with each other about the phone calls we are on. Is this correct?

Are you able to be in a teams call when you are using RingCentral?

I have microsoft team installed and using RingCentral desktop phone app for calling without any issue

@Jayne Newman Yes, I can confirm that you can use ring central to make calls whilst also on a teams call.
