Lynn Kasserman

Do the different colors of incoming calls to our queue have any meaning? We have seen blue, brown, read and green.

On the app on our desktop. Each incoming call has a background color assigned to it, and I was just wondering if the colors have meaning?

Hi @Lynn Kasserman, are you referring to calls going to your apps or desk phones?

Hi Lynn, the colors don't have any meanings behind them.
