Deleting a user added through Azure Active Directory (AAD) RingCentral Enterprise App

I'm trying to delete a user in RingCentral (through the Admin Portal). I keep getting the message: "The user is integrated with your Directory System and cannot be deleted. Please delete the user in your directory system." The user has been removed in AAD. Does anyone know how to remove him from RingCentral?
