Hello I am new here: anyhow is there coverage if power goes out for hours and comes back on for the phones? thanks also should phones be plugged into surge power bars?

well if power goes out and comes back on and the phone wont power up am I covered to get replaced thanks and if my net modem comes on works but phone does not hope this explains better ?

If the device is not working, it should be under warranty and can be replaced.
