Executing WebhookSubscription permission for graduation

Hi Community,

Looks like I need manual graduation. Despite of multiple subscription/unsubscription requests issued 'WebhookSubscriptions' permission execution status remains red:

Client ID: EYZVgcnzS_2dgAyluCNzqQ

Can someone help?
