Microsoft MFA Failing

Beginning this morning, our users who used their Ring Central number for Microsoft MFA are no longer getting texts or calls from Microsoft for authentication. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?

Hi @John Heiter. Have you tried contacting Microsoft? If they say that the issue is not on their end, you may submit a ticket at https://support.ringcentral.com/new-case.html
