I need to update my billing information but I keep getting an error message. Can someone help!

@Becky-Community_Manager I need to speak to a customer service rep as well. My issue is that when people call and my phone goes to voicemail, it says someone else's name even though the settings say my own name for the VM message.

@Stephani Knorpp Do you currently or have you had a case opened for this issue?
I would recommend doing so if you haven't.

@william wenger First, have you tried changing it yourself via your RingCentral online account?
