I need to update my billing information but I keep getting an error message. Can someone help!
@Becky-Community_Manager I need to speak to a customer service rep as well. My issue is that when people call and my phone goes to voicemail, it says someone else's name even though the settings say my own name for the VM message.

I would recommend doing so if you haven't.
