Does the RingCentral express link sign in method work for anyone else?

No matter which platform I am signing into, it does not work. I get the email to confirm my email from RingCentral. I click the link and then a RingCentral webpage opens with just a button that says "Launch Application." Once I click the link, it just loads and nothing happens.

What is the express link? Can you share the link?

The Express link is one of the two choices I am given when I enter my email to sign into the app. I can either sign in manually (password) or through the express link.

What app? This is a developer community so I assumed that your question is relating to some kind of developer tools/sites or your own app etc.

Let me know if this is about using a RingCentral app, so I will move this to the customer community where they can help better.

Hi Mary! I'm following the link that RC sends me via email when I am trying to log into the app on my phone for example. I am able to sign in via password but my password is long and having the email verification working would be nice.

The email verification usually expires in a period of time.

I'll get an error if I wait too long but I'm clicking it right away and Please wait... pops up and never progresses.

Do you always log out of the app on your phone? Usually, it will stay login and will not require you to enter the password every time.
