How can I change the invisible setting to a longer period of time before it changes me from available to invisible?

How much idle time is it before the status changes from available to invisible? Can this time be changed or turned off?  I am missing customer calls when this happens

I'm also getting asked about this. Can the "inactivity time" that triggers idle/invisible be a changeable value?

@matt-gregory, there is no option to change this. Please add a feature request here.

That would be 15mins is the time. You might want to try our new app. Which handles presence differently based on computer activity.
