Hello,

Could you help me with how to listen to the login and logout agent's event(not set status)?

Please help me.

Thanks for the response @Mary-Community_Moderator . I'm not sure this is a Contact Center account or not, but I use this to login into Avaya Cloud Office App to handle calls and meetings. And I want to receive the event when I log in and log out ACO App.

I see, looks like your have an Avaya Cloud account. You need to contact Technical Support for this. You may call 1-888-898-4591.
