Desktop app customization of call from drop down menu,

Is there a way to customize this drop-down menu? I gave all of our phone numbers names via the website, but it didn't update this and I wasn't able to find anything in my support search.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

The number should be assigned to your extension or the auto-receptionist so that it will appear as an option in your outbound caller ID.
