No longer receiving message notifications

I am not getting alerted on the Windows RC app via Notifications pop-up or from my sound setting preference for New messages, the app does not flash either despite having the setting on. I do get a pop up and sound when there is an incoming phone call. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, tried CTRL ALT D for debugging and found logs in Appdata\Local\RingCentral\RingCentral\Logs but not sure if those are the correct ones? Anyone able to fix this?

Version: 21.2.30.542 Web, 21.2.30.1255 Windows
