Glip API Get User Status

Hi,

We are wanting to write an integration that is capable of reading the current set status of a user. Looking at the API guide there is a service that will receive the profile of a user but it doesn't include the status of the current user.

https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Glip-Profile/readGlipPerson

We are wanting to see which users have the working remotely status.

Cheers

Check out this endpoint to read user presence and check the glip object from the response.

@Phong Vu Thanks for the response.

Had a quick look still seems you can't read the shared status

Hi Benjamin,

Checking internally to verify this. Currently, we don't have an API to read these statuses. Fortunately, we had a plan and ready with the backend implementation and we can make the API public soon. I cannot promise the time line though.

With the large number of users that are working from home, the ability to check users "Working remotely" status would be VERY valuable right now.
