Call Forwarding

Hello RingCentral Developer,

We hope to see if Ringcentral has the ability to provide the functionality for the transferred calls from one extension to another extension to display the actual number called in.


For example, our company team member will transfer a call from ext#101 to ext#103, the ext#103 received the call displaying ext#101, however not the actual number called in. This has caused confusion to our team and customers.

How do you transfer the call? Warm transfer or blind transfer? And do you use APIs or the RC app?
