We have been testing our application for sending faxes with RingCentral REST API using sandbox account. Recently, we started receiving the message "you did not have enough available calling credits to send this fax" and status is "Failed".
We checked our Service Plan - Usage Info (Monthly Usage:
864 minutes) and believe this is related to exceeding our monthly usage as we also found in
Question: Is there a possibility to a allocate more minutes for sandbox account so we could complete the development/testing phase? If so, will that require any additional payments?
