Can you connect automatically a zoom phone number from a ring central desktop app for call forwarding?

Tried the article for call forwarding to test out connecting my zoom phone number but it doesnt work

Can you share a bit more about your use case here?

Hi @Becky-Community_Manager so I'm setting up a call forwarding option where a user dials to my phone number in ring central and if not answered it will automatically route to my zoom phone number but when I tested it out it it doesn't forward automatically you have to manually transfer it in ring central to zoom when a call pops up. Thank you for replying to this
