Hi Scott, all RingCentral subscriptions are paid via auto-pay. Can you tell us more about your concern?

how are they auto pay when mine has not been set up?

The sopport site does not work. I used the "Chat" and it does not understand the phrase "How to setup Autopay". It gives me a link to a "Live Agent" When Im logged in it says I need to be logged in. When I try and log in again I get "Failed Login - 401 "
VERY Frustrating! You would think they would make this easy so they can get PAID!
