CallQueuePresence Feature Not Available

Hi, after graduating my previous app, I've been asked to add some more features to it.

I'm looking into the call queue presence, and I get the error code BIL-103

After a quick search it appears that this functionality is not available to all accounts (for some reason)
Can I have this enabled please?

You can create a ticket and provide your account info to the support team.
