It would be very useful for the Voicemail to Text to transcribe the entire voicemail to text and deliver the entire transcription, rather than simply the first minute or so of the recording where the rest of the voicemail must be listened to.

@Nathan Medema , Voicemail-to-text conversion is limited to the first 5 minutes of the message. Are you only getting 1 minute?

Thanks for the response! When voicemails are being converted to text, the email we receive with the converted message only includes a Partial transcription under the "Voicemail Preview", with a footer link to listen to the entire message. For example,

In the real-world sample above (the text has been replaced), the message length was 1min 50s, but only a portion of the voicemail is transcribed in the email, so we have to listen to the entire voicemail via the attachment or in RingCentral.
It would be a fantastic time-saver if the Voicemail Preview included the Complete voicemail-to-text transcription, rather than just a partial one, and/or if there was a setting in RingCentral where we could toggle whether or not we wanted the Complete transcription to be shown these emails, or just a Partial one (as is currently the case).
Would you please open a ticket for this? I believe that there's an error. If the entire voicemail is 1min 50s, it should include the whole duration in the transcription.
