I have the RingCentral Desktop app connected to my Microsoft account, but not all of the contacts seem to be syncing. In my contacts in MSFT, I have a sub-folder, and none of those are pulling into RingCentral. Any ideas?

Hi @jon-petit May I know how many total of contacts do you have in Microsoft?
34 in the top level folder that are syncing, and then 62 in the sub-folder. It's the 62 that are not syncing.
@jon-petit I will check what's causing this and will get back to you.
Hi @jon-petit Can you please share us a recording of this behavior so I can forward it to the Product Team? Please send it to community.support@ringcentral.com.
I have the same issue - when will additional contact folders be supported please ?
@Mary-Community_Moderator Still hoping for an answer to this question please.
We're also digging up on this, @Nathan Ramsden-Lock.
It has been 5 days since I asked the question - Please can you chase an answer.
Hi Everyone, apologies for the late update as I just had a clear answer about this concern. There is no option to import contacts from the subfolders; it will only be in primary contacts.
