I'm waiting for the last two weeks but the app is still in review not approved yet.
2021/12/14, 11:25 PM on this date I send requirest for approval. Any idea how much time is needed for approval?

What is the reason your app with SMS permission is a public app? Is your company an ISV, a RingCentral partner, which provides SMS services to other RingCentral customers?
