We're a new RingCentral user and just got set up on the RingCentral app. I called up tech support to find out how to add contacts to the contacts panel in the desktop app. Apparently, this isn't possible? This blows my mind, since it is the very foundation of a phone calling application. How can I call people without having them in the address book? Manually dial their number? Not happening in todays world.
We have the ability to add in contacts via the website and this shows up in the mobile application. Why can't I access this feature on the desktop application? Please help!
