Do messages with the same text to multiple numbers get blocked?

Our company used Zapier + Ring Central to send out an SMS to customers who request information. Other than the name of the customer, the SMS is identical each time. Does anyone know if this gets blocked by carriers?

One of the limitations of SMS/MMS includes no more than 25 repetitive messages. Learn more on the link below.
