Dial 1 even though extension is 101?

Hello,

Is there a way for the call to be transferred to an extension when the number is not the same? For example, the extension for user 1 is 101 but I would call to dial 1 to reach that extension. Is this possible? Same for 102 (2), 103 (3) etc.

transfer extension

There is no option for this in the RingCentral app, @Al Walker. For feature requests, please add it in our Ideas Portal at https://ideas.ringcentral.com/.

Is this for you personally or does everyone want to dial 1 for 101, 2 for 102, etc? If for everyone, just change their extensions to 1, 2, 3 etc.

If this is only for you, you could create call queues to do this. So, for extension 101, make a queue and make the queue's extension 1 and add extension 101 as the agent, and so on.
