custom background image for rooms meetings

I want to add a custom background image for rooms meetings. I see the option (below) but I can't seem to get this working for my conference rooms.

Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance!rooms-background-1.jpg

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Have you checked if the image you're trying to upload meets the requirements?

Yes, followed all requirements, and tested with all 3 formats. Same issue.

  • .jpeg .jpg or .png format
  • Optimal resolution: 1920 x 1080 px
  • 5MB maximum size
