Suddenly text messages won't send reliably from iphone app or desktop app for 8 days now

Texts are failing about 90% of the time. This is on iphone app and desktop app. With wifi and without (cellular). I've uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted. Called customer service and spent an hour 2x. No resolution. Any ideas on how to resolve? The problems happen with both new numbers and numbers my business has texted successfully previously. I've run out of variables to isolate.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Sorry for having this issue. I've checked on your case, and I see that the Tier 2 team is currently working on it. I will also follow up on them so they can give you an update today.
