Voicemail Transcription

I have the MVP license. I am unable to locate voicemail transcription (and I've followed the online instructions). I'd like to get a transcription emailed to me when a voicemail is left.

Hi Marry. That's correct. I now know what I was doing wrong and worked it out. When it says "select the desired user from the list," I was trying to click the box next to the user rather than clicking on the user link itself. Once I clicked on the user's name, I was able to locate the voicemail-to-text slider. Thank you for you help!
