Does anyone know if we can Dial Zero internally yet and it connect the call to a pre-determined ext?

Hi,

Is there an update on this feature or will Ring Central support a programmable press 0 key on their supported phones?

This does not solve my issue. I was trying to pick up my handset from my desk phone, press zero, and reach the Operator Ext. Right now, that is not something that can be done. You can only do that if you call your main line and press zero. (Or call your voicemail and press zero).
