Unread messages badge count not showing on ringcentral app-new laptop

Hi. I had an older laptop that had RingCentral on it and the number of unread messages would appear on the app icon on my menu bar. I now have a new laptop with the latest version of RingCentral and now I can't get the number to appear. I really dislike the bouncing of the icon for notification so the number count was great. Is this something that has been discontinued on the latest version of the app? Thanks!

Are you using Windows or MAC?

I'm on a Mac. I actually got it to work but don't recall what I did. I was just looking around the notifications section.
