FAX are not going immediately but after few hours. Why?

Hi, I'm using RingCentral API for sending FAX. It was working fine earlier but now when I'm sending the status is always Queued and later on after approximate 5 to 6 or more hours the Faxes are going correctly. I'm using JWT for login.

Is there any specific reason for this?
Thanks

I am sure that the issue is not related to the JWT token. It could be some intermittent issue. If this happens again and often, pls create a support ticket and provide your account info so a support engineer can look into your account to investigate.
