Our hold music playing when we are put on hold

Multiple users at our company have noticed that when they are put on hold by certain callers, our internal hold music plays, instead of the client's hold music. Is this a configuration somewhere?

Hi @Ben Caplan, I have not heard of this kind of issue. Their provider may also be RingCentral. Please send us an email at Community.support@ringcentral.com so we can verify.
