Is it possible to make phone calls from MS Excel or Google Sheets?

I have a list of customers that I want to call. I'm interested in making outbound phone calls from MS Excel or Google Sheets.

If you are using RingCentral Phone App, please add an appropriate shortcut in the Settings window, then just select a number for calling and press chosen shortcut
