Pulse not working

Pulse does not seem to work for me. Set up correctly but no notifications come through to glip. Any advice would be appreciated.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Hi Mary. I'm just using pulse through the browser via a link sent by your contact center team. Does the app need to be installed also?
