Get 409 when call Record call api

using python on ring central production

i'm getting from time to time 409 on record call api

flow im doing:

login

end all live calls in system

call out

check call is live

record the call


what is the reason i get 409 duplicate, duplicate on what ? party?telephonysessionid

where can i see it ?

in sales force ? or in ring central web settings

From RingCentral. Login your account service web and select the Phone System tab and select the Auto-receptionist menu to see the setting.

just checked and the setup was ok

this param :Enable Automatic Call Recording is set to off


in sales force i'm enable the auto log call ( this was done in sales force setting)

and via the automation im recording every time. a call

question -setting auto log call in sales force mean also that call is being recorded?

i have in crm sales force auto log call

i didnt see configuration for recording

im doing recording via the api only

the thing is i dont understand why im getting 409 ? im checking if if have live calls recording , and i dont have others,

im very confused

IS there api i can call to make sure i'll have no 409 once i try to record

im already doing end call for all live call, but it seems it does not help

Can you call this API and check the "recordings" object to see if a call recording is active or not before starting recording the call.

i run the api you gave me

prior the recording it has no recordings object

after i'm recording the call, and call the new api you gave me i see the recordings object


question

the 409 coflict, im getting ,

is it reffering to the telephonysessionid or to the party

is there any api i can un prior ring out and record, to make sure i have no other recordings.

i already use end calls but it does not help
