presenceStatus

The method /account/~/extension/xxxx/presence returns “available” as a presenceStatus even though the user turned off his PC. (user is using only softphone)

Is there a method, which allows me to see if a user turned off his PC. (like I can see it below)

Unfortunately, that user login/logout and Webphone device status is not reported to the user presence status.
