SandBox PubNub Subscription Event not detecting call notification

SandBox PubNub Subscription Event not detecting call notification all of sudden from last 3 days .Same code used to work well for more than a month but it is not working from last 3 days. Is there any maintenance going on in Sandbox related to PubNub Subscription ?

It works normally for me and I have not heard any incident reported by other developers.

What event filter do you set? Can you read the subscription to make sure it is active?
