Question about RingCentral SMS Campaigns

My question is if I send out a mass sms campaign, does it send it anonymously rather than in a group? They need to be individual texts to each client and they cannot see the other clients in the campaign group. Basically can I send out one campaign to multiple users without them seeing the other recipients?

Additionally, is the SMS Campaign's feature HIPAA Compliant?

Regarding HIPAA compliance, the answer is no. SMS is general (not just RC) and is not HIPAA compliant due to the lack of end-to-end encryption.
