Reset Password

A team member is unable to reset her password. Every time she clicks reset password and clicks on the link that's sent to her to her email, it logs her back in . We already tried clearing cache and cookies and even tried resetting the browser settings. Is there any other way we could reset her password?

Hi Phillip, does the customer wants to pro-actively change her password or she forgot?
