The selected sandbox account doesn’t support SMS feature.

I am trying to use the SMS API, but It states that my sandbox account does not support the SMS feature. How would I be able to fix this?

I see the number is the main company number and is SMS enabled. Which user did you login to try the number? It is currently assigned to the user extension 103 via the IVR setting. Can you try again with the user 103.
