Known issues?

Does ring central have a page that shows know issues that are being addressed? example - Can't text to Verizon clients today - I see others postting same. Can we get a confirmation that Ring Central is aware and tackling the issue? Or we have to "wait" 48 hours for support to reply to an open support ticket?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

@Michi Reyes We do have the Status Page, but I'm not sure it's showing this as a larger issue.
