How To Downgrade RingCentral Phone For Mac

Can someone explain how to downgrade the Ringcentral phone app to a previous version.

I downloaded the most recent one and its not working properly, its been 1 week already and nothing.


Need to figure it out while they release a new version.

@John Miller It would be good to understand what is not working so we can create a case and have the product team take a look.
We may be able to help with troubleshooting.
Please share those details here and we'll look into it further.

I believe all problems found by customers in the latest 23.1 release will be fixed next release 23.2. Sorry for inconvenience.

We are having problems with 23.1 as well, but on PC's not Macs. Can we downgrade back to old version? 23.1 is problematic.
