Hi Paula, I see that you have an open ticket for a different issue. You can also discuss this with Tech Support so they can check.
Not sure why there was an open ticket for that issue since the tech resolved during our call. The only other open ticket I have is for TCR Registration. I've reached out to Google to see if there is something on there end but also wanted to see if there was a way to trace the reason through RingCentral or if anyone had experienced the same problem. With Google Ads we are charged for interactions so this means we are being charged for our own calls as well as test calls from RingCentral Tech Support.
