App Permissions

Hi, I created an app and some scopes requires approval, its been quite sometime with no response, any feedback? Moreover I can't make calls to other phone numbers using RingCentral Webphone JS library and SDK, and I can't enable automatic recording "No automatic recording option". My Sandbox id is +14242269011
