Sandbox - Cannot Remove Bot

Hi,


I am unable to remove a Bot in development from devtest environment.


I tried at the following locations, and neither of them worked.


1. From developers.ringcentral.com


2. From app.devtest.ringcentral.com


Attached is a screenshot of what we see at RingCentral Developers.
